We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of each piece of fine art photography available at Benjamin Gibson Photography. Please review our refund and exchange policy below to ensure satisfaction with your purchase:

1. Return Eligibility

   • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
   • To qualify, the artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, including all original packaging, documentation, and the delivery slip.
   • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of the artwork.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

   • Refunds are offered for artworks returned in accordance with our policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned piece in its original condition.
   • Alternatively, we offer exchanges for artworks of equal or greater value. Please reach out to us to discuss available options if you’re interested in exchanging your piece.

3. Non-Returnable Items

   • Due to the nature of fine art photography, custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Defective or Damaged Art

   • If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or discuss refund options.
