At Sea (Time at Sea)
Along the shores of Vancouver there was an ocean liner. It caught my eye, because it looks beautiful… for an ocean liner. It never really occurred to me that an ocean liner could be beautiful. But, there against the sky, heading home, it reminded me of the time I had spent away from home at that point. I thought about the people on the ship itself and how long they must be away from their lives at a time. Photography is a humble and even a gentle career when I really think about it. I appreciate the time I have at home.
